Official Air Travel
Officers are required to gain the appropriate approval to travel using the prescribed Travel Application form, travel economy class using the best fare of the day through the Department’s contracted travel service provider, book travel on-line where possible, and provide a Travel Reporting Declaration to satisfy the Department’s reporting obligations.

The following Certificate of Currency provides evidence of the extent of cover provided by the Department of Education and Training through the RiskCover Managed Fund. The certificate can be reproduced to assist schools in demonstrating their compliance with third party insurance requirements. The certificate of currency is attached to the Departmental Insurance Covers - RiskCover Fund Guidelines.
