The Reconciliation Action Plan identifies actions that will be taken by the Department and TAFEWA colleges to build partnerships with Aboriginal Australians and improve education and training outcomes for Aboriginal students. It was developed in consultation with parents, Aboriginal communities and staff from regional, remote and metropolitan locations and is underpinned by the guiding principles of relationships, respect and opportunities.
