Corruption, Prevention and Detection

RiskCover is the Managed Fund created to finance the self-insurance arrangements of Western Australian Government Public Authorities (agencies) and to promote risk management throughout Government. This policy addresses how schools, teaching staff and TAFEWA colleges and staff discharge their duty of care to students. ’Duty of Care’ is a legal concept that has its origins in common law.
